As a Sr. Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative solutions that address the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user testing, feedback collection, and iteration.Customer Focus: Distill insights from strategic customers and partners to influence product roadmap.Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and understand their challenges and requirements.Translate customer feedback into actionable product features and enhancements.User Experience: Build solutions that drive ease of use for customers and offer a smooth onboarding experience for users.Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.RequiredA successful candidate will bring 4 years of experience and possess the following skills:Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Generative AI, Data Governance, or Data Security space.Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and privacy principles.Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Track record of influencing key stakeholders/collaborators.Knowledge of enterprise software development and deployment cycles.
