What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy for your area — vision, roadmap, and outcomes — grounded in real creator and production needs rather than assumption
- Translate emerging model and platform capabilities into shippable features that meet the technical, science, and quality bar creative partners require Common
- Write the narratives that define what gets built and why — PR/FAQs, PRDs, tenets, and success metrics — and drive them through delivery and QA with Engineering and Science
- Partner daily with engineering, applied science, and design to sequence and ship a roadmap tied to measurable outcomes
- Run creator-in-the-loop validation: work directly with creators and studio partners to turn qualitative insight and usage data into roadmap decisions
- Make build-versus-integrate and prioritization calls under real constraints, balancing near-term delivery against a durable, scalable platform
- Communicate at the right altitude, from detailed product reviews to executive narratives and live demos
Experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience Unique
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle Unique
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy Unique
- Experience owning a technical product or platform area end to end, from strategy through delivery
