This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location – Vancouver, WA | Santa Monica, CA | Tampa, FL
The Sr. Product Manager – Support Functions is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, strategic vision, and continuous delivery of the digital platforms that power MVH. Acting as the primary bridge between MVH Global functions including, but not limited to: Legal, Corporate Affairs, Medical Affairs, Real Estate, Sustainability and DT delivery teams, you will champion a product-led approach to transform traditional business processes into agile, automated, and intelligent systems. In certain products, you will also represent DT for DT such as MVH Legal Entity. You will also be the bridge and entry point for Petcare and Mars Global Services related needs such as the Mars Associate Survey, or other Mars Inc initiatives.

Tech Strategy & Roadmap Planning
- Establish a multi-year technology vision and product roadmap for Legal, Corporate Affairs, and other global functions, aligning initiatives with the company’s enterprise digital transformation objectives.
- Lead "build-vs-buy" evaluations to identify when custom-developed digital applications offer a strategic advantage over commercial off-the-shelf software.
- Champion the adoption of modern, agile operations, converting manual processes into clean digital workflows and optimizing current digital workflows to meet the needs of the business for the future
- Manage, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog, translating complex business needs into precise user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and engineering squads within the Centers of Delivery (CoD) to coordinate sprint execution, release cycles, and system testing.
- Drive rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data flows, system integrations, and reporting routines.
- Maintain, groom, and prioritize a high-impact product backlog, working closely with generalist TPMs and developers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective releases.
- Lead, mentor, and develop two Technical Product Managers, providing coaching and performance feedback and evaluation.
- Oversee technical product workflows and resource allocation for the team to ensure architectural alignment, high-quality execution, and on-time roadmap delivery.
- Foster a collaborative culture by setting clear ownership boundaries, empowering autonomous decision-making, and aligning individual growth with broader business objectives.
Advanced AI-Assisted Workflows
- Identify and lead pilot initiatives for AI/ML and Generative AI applications within business workflows, based on the functional needs and drive toward optimization
- Ensure AI solutions are relevant, highly explainable, auditable, and trusted by business stakeholders

Your Experience Should Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management or digital systems analysis, with a clear focus on Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), compliance tech, or workflow-heavy operations
- Proven experience managing teams , with a track record of directly supervising, mentoring, or leading other Technical Product Managers or business systems analysis roles.
- Strong technical leadership background , including experience driving cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering squads, and system architects.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of legal processes (contract negotiation, corporate governance, compliance management, IP management). Familiarity with modern SaaS solutions in the legal tech domain.
Salary Range: $134,200- $209,687.50
