We are seeking a strategic, technology‑driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our global device and connectivity ecosystem, focusing on the U.S. market and expanding digital healthcare capabilities. This role blends traditional medical device product management expertise with digital health, connectivity, and software commercialization.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead global product lifecycle management for Medela’s NICU and maternity care device and connectivity solutions.
  • Shape and execute portfolio strategy across hardware, consumables, connectivity, and SaaS‑based healthcare solutions.
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and monetization models to support profitable growth and long‑term value creation.
  • Drive product and ecosystem innovation focused on connecting hospital‑to‑home workflows and EMR integration.
  • Translate customer pain points and market insights into scalable, customer‑centric product solutions.

Digital Health & Device Connectivity Solutions

  • Support the launch and commercialization of next‑generation digital and connected healthcare solutions.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop intuitive, clinically appropriate software and device experiences.
  • Help accelerate organizational capability around SaaS commercialization and digital solution adoption.
  • Bring external market intelligence and technology trends into the organization to shape future innovation opportunities.
  • Evaluate partnerships, healthcare technology ecosystems, and integration opportunities within the hospital environment.

Global Collaboration & Go‑to‑Market Execution

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Digital Marketing, Operations, Medical/Clinical teams, and regional Marketing Impact teams.
  • Support global go‑to‑market execution while adapting strategies to regional and customer‑specific needs.
  • Work within a highly matrixed global organization to balance speed‑to‑market with stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with commercial and regional teams to drive adoption, onboarding, retention, and launch success.
  • Serve as a key contributor to product launch readiness and commercialization strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • Strong understanding of digital healthcare ecosystems, connectivity solutions, and healthcare technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced global environment.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.

Experience

  • 8+ years of product management, solution management, or innovation experience within regulated healthcare or MedTech environments.
  • Experience launching and commercializing SaaS, connected health, telehealth, or healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proven success leading product innovation initiatives involving both hardware and software ecosystems.
  • Experience with FDA and MDR regulated markets required.
  • Experience with EMR integrations, healthcare connectivity platforms, or digital clinical workflows highly preferred.
  • Background in NICU, maternity care, lactation, or hospital‑based workflows is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in global organizations and highly matrixed environments preferred.

Additional Details

  • Exposure to clinical and hospital environments required.
