Sr. Product Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of products and programs, ensuring successful execution from ideation to launch.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives at scale, collaborating with product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
• Apply SAFe principles to drive alignment and delivery across multiple teams and programs.
• Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for different projects.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, PowerPoint, and Airtable to plan, track, and communicate progress. Quick adoption of new tools is expected.
• Explore and integrate generative AI tools to accelerate processes and enhance productivity. Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI frameworks is a strong plus.
• Act as a clear and persuasive communicator, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and confident in delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and manage escalations effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or product operations.
• 3+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing cradle-to-grave product delivery.
• Experience in banking or fintech is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA, PowerPoint; experience with Airtable is a plus.
• Understanding of SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools to improve productivity is a differentiator.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
