Job Description
TheSenior Product Delivery Manager isa leadership role focused on overseeing the end-to-end delivery ofproduct implementations.
Thisrolemanagescross-functional teams, coordinatingefforts,whilemaintainingcommunication with stakeholders.
The position requires strong organizationalskills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.Strong communicationand the ability to effectively work with others across the organization includingSales,Account Managementand Marketing(SAMM),IT, as well as the Crum and ForsterProduct,Underwriting,Legal, andCompliance teams.
The position reports to theAVP,Product Management.
This role can be a hybrid role with a flexible schedule in our Glastonbury, CT office or 100% remote (must work EST hours).
What you will do:
- Manage the product development process, fromthe finalunderwritingapprovalto launch and beyond, ensuring efficient execution andtimelydelivery
- Predict resources needed to reachobjectivesand manage resources in an effective and efficient manager
- Ensure productobjectivesare defined and understood by the team and stakeholders
- Establish communication strategy to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, providing regular updates on productprogressand addressing any issues or concerns
- Identify potential risks and challenges within the product development lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation
- Supports Director of Product Management by contributing to the development of product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Identifiesand documents opportunities forprocess improvement within the product development lifecycle withrecommends solutionsto enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize industry best practices,techniquesand standard through entire product implementation
- Continuouslyparticipatein training tomaintainproficiencyand stay current.

What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Abachelor'sdegree or equivalent experienceisrequired
- 8+ years in a Product Management role is required
- Project Portfolio Managementpreferred
- Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suiterequired; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable product regulations and experience in market researchpreferred
- Travel Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Strong project management skills, including planning,executionand risk management
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with consideration for prioritization, complexity, influence, and levels of involvementrequiredto advance initiatives
- Exceptionalcommunications skills & stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working across complex, decentralized organizations
- Easily adaptable to changes in business processes, work priorities, and work environment

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $100,500 to a maximum of $140,000. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
