Sr. Process Engineer - Water TreatmentReporting to the Technical Director and serving as a member of the Technical Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team, the Senior Process Engineer will collaborate with Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate potential projects and opportunities involving new construction, fleet-based solutions, and the utilization of existing customer assets.Key responsibilities include preparing detailed process design calculations; developing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs); providing technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams; conducting site and field audits of existing plants to evaluate performance and troubleshoot operational issues; and providing operational safety input to field services, engineering, and design teams.The Technical Direction and Process Validation team works with a wide range of water and wastewater treatment technologies, including clarification, media filtration, dissolved air flotation (DAF), ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), remineralization, ion exchange (IX), electro-deionization (EDI), membrane bioreactors (MBR), degasification, adsorption, and solids dewatering systems.Pure water applications include municipal and industrial water treatment for drinking water, boiler feedwater, process makeup water, desalination, and microelectronics manufacturing.
