Senior Principal Electrical Or Computer EngineerWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Principal Electrical or Computer Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced digital ASIC and FPGA solutions for next-generation aerospace and defense applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge microelectronics technologies supporting critical Mission Systems programs as part of the Microelectronics Technology team. This candidate will be onsite based out of Fort Wayne, IN.What You Will DoRequirements capture, ASIC/FPGA digital architecture design, RTL development, timing analysis and closure, verification, and system integrationDrive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new tools, methodologies, and best practices within the ASIC/FPGA design flowContribute to engineering estimates and technical planning efforts for new program pursuitsPlan and execute project-level work while ensuring alignment to schedule, cost, and performance objectivesProvide technical leadership for project design teams by defining work scope, coordinating activities, and reporting project statusSupport cross-functional collaboration throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high-performance digital solutionsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
