HIV/AIDS Business AnalystLocation: HYBRID - Lansing, MIProject: Currently there are six different systems that are used to collect and share information about people who have been diagnosed with and are living with HIV and/or STIs. These systems are eHARS, HIVLMS, CAREWare, Aphirm, MDSS, and MIDAP. When complete, the new MIDASH system will combine the functionality of all six systems into a single web based data system so that duplicate entry of information is no longer needed and everything is located in one place.Team: This is an individual contributor role that will work with 1 - 2 other Business Analysts reporting up to a DDI Implementation Director, managing the project.Responsibilities:Responsible for the collection, review, and documentation of user requirements and the development of user stories (3 years experience)Works with users to gather business requirements and define business rulesTranslates business requirements into technical specifications for the solutionWorks with developers on designing the solutionProvides subject matter expertise (Public Health - HIV/AIDS) for project documentationBackground in Public Health, specifically HIV/AIDS (?
