They are seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant that will report directly into their Controller.Responsibilities:Responsible for the monthly closing of a portfolio of properties and related entitiesReview balance sheet accounts on a monthly basisPrepare monthly financial analytics, cash flow projections, and other ad hoc analysisMonthly and quarterly lender and investor reportingPrepare year end work papers for annual auditAssist with annual budget preparationCAM reconciliationsQualifications:B.S. in Accounting3+ years of related Real Estate accounting experience either in public accounting or corporate accountingExperience with Yardi Voyager software highly preferredIf you would like to apply, please contact Matthew Kurz at Ambassador Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
