Backed by leading investors, we're leveraging AI, graph-based architecture, and exceptional design to transform how enterprises manage and engage with their technology ecosystems.We're looking for a Senior Platform Software Engineer to build the systems, tooling, and internal platform that make engineers dramatically more productive.This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, developer experience (DevEx), infrastructure automation, and distributed systems. You'll build the foundation that enables engineers to Ship faster, Deploy safely, Debug quickly & Operate confidently in production.This is a highly hands-on engineering role.
You'll write code, design systems, and shape how engineering works across the company.Developer Productivity & Internal PlatformBuild and evolve our internal developer platform (IDP)Create self-service tooling that makes spinning up services, environments, and infrastructure effortlessImprove local development workflows, testing, deployment ergonomics, and developer feedback loopsReduce operational friction through automation and platform abstractionsCI/CD & Release EngineeringDesign and maintain scalable CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions & Infrastructure-as-code workflowsImprove: Build times, Deployment reliability & Rollback and recovery systemsCreate deployment workflows that are fast, observable, and boring in productionCloud Infrastructure & KubernetesDesign and operate cloud-native systems on AWS, EKS, Docker & KubernetesImprove platform scalability, resilience, and developer onboardingDefine service architecture and deployment standards across the engineering organizationObservability & ReliabilityOwn observability across the platform using Datadog, Metrics, Logging and Distributed tracingBuild dashboards, alerts, and operational tooling engineers actually useImprove reliability, performance, and operational visibility across servicesDistributed Systems & Platform ServicesWork across core infrastructure systems including: PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis & TemporalEngineering EnablementPartner closely with backend and AI engineers to improve platform usabilityEstablish engineering standards and platform best practicesMake infrastructure feel like a product, not a support functionBonus PointsExperience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)Experience in high-growth or early-stage startupsExperience with AI/ML infrastructureExperience designing multi-service distributed systemsMost companies treat platform engineering as support.
