Sr PL SQL Developer, Remote, , US

• An experienced engineer who designs, builds, and operates Oracle PL/SQL data structures, business logic and data pipelines.
• Skilled in creating testable, observable components; maintaining performance and scalability; and delivering high‑quality code quickly using VS Code Copilot and Claude Code.
• Must be fully productive on day one with PL/SQL and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high quality, maintainable software modules for the Cotiviti, Inc. product suite.
• Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodology and techniques.
• Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed designs for implementation.
• Analyze and resolve software related issues originated from internal or external customers.
• Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies as selected and integrated into the Cotiviti, Inc. product suite Change control management.
• Enter, transcribe, record, store and maintain information in both written and electronic form Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering leadership in a timely manner Review software engineering approach to proposed solutions to ensure adherence to best practice.
• Execute all appropriate facets of Cotiviti software development lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BS degree, or higher, in Computer Science or technically related discipline.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience Demonstrated proficiency with RDBMS such as such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Programming skills including query development, performance tuning, and stored procedures Strong understanding of OOP and common design patterns  .
