Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will support pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with medication dispensing, communicating with patients, and ensuring timely responses to pharmacy needs. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and contact patients regarding pharmacy-related matters.
• Assist with dispensing unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectable medications, IV medications, and related supplies.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to address pharmacy needs efficiently and accurately.
• Triage and prioritize requests to ensure prompt service for patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting patients and resolving inquiries.
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management.
• Ensure medication and supply orders are processed accurately and timely.

Qualifications
Required

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex or high-priority issues
