Senior People Data AnalystThe Senior People Data Analyst analyzes and trends key People data to support the business strategy. He/she serves as a liaison for Human Resources, HRIS and IS teams, and internal customers to develop systems, applications and reports with the business client in mind (i.e.- dashboards and manager self-service applications). He/She leads the Workforce Analysts by planning and organizing daily work and giving direction; provides mentoring and training to support growth.This position has the opportunity to work from home.
