Insight Global is seeking a Senior Payroll Data Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting enterprise-wide payroll distribution, commitment accounting, and PeopleSoft HCM operations. The role sits at the intersection of payroll and finance, ensuring payroll transactions are accurately distributed, reconciled, and posted to the General Ledger. This person will lead testing efforts for system enhancements, maintain critical payroll accounting data, perform complex reconciliations, support reporting and analytics initiatives, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex payroll and system-related challenges, and can work independently within a lean, collaborative team.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HCM systems (preferably PeopleSoft)
• Experience with PeopleSoft Commitment Accounting (payroll position budgeting and accounting distribution) or comparable payroll/accounting systems
• Strong understanding of payroll distribution processes and general ledger integrations
• Experience with data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PeopleSoft FSCM (General Ledger) experience
• Project Management certification
• Experience with system implementations and optimizations
• Training and end-user support experience
• Knowledge of audits and year-end close processes
• Business or Public Administration graduate degree
• Experience with business intelligence initiatives
• ERP system optimization experience
