This position acts independently under general direction, provides technical leadership and should be an expert in business or functional area. This team member formulates/defines system scope and objectives and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.The Sr Oracle Application Developer prepares detailed specifications and is responsible for developing, unit testing, debugging and documentation. This team member should have full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming, and is accountable for providing work estimates and may be responsible for multiple phases of a project.
Responsibilities will also include guiding/directing and checking the work of other developers.Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designsProvide technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancementsPerform problem analysis, coding, unit testing and debuggingCoordinate with team members to work on solutions and perform design/code reviewsDevelop advanced solutions in Oracle Fusion cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure related technologies and toolsDevelop file and API based, interfaces between internal and external systemsProvide third-tier user support during installation and end user trainingDesign forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems using OCI technologiesCreate and maintain all pertinent documentationMaintain technical and functional awareness and competenceServe as contact to relationships outside of the Company as appropriateLiaison with external vendorsQualificationsWhat Makes You A Dream Candidate?Knowledge and SkillsExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in the following modules: Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, iExpense, AP, FA, Cash Management, Payments) and HCM modules (Recruitment, Core HR, Benefits, Talent and Learn)Experience in development of all aspects of RICE objectsExperience in design and configuration of approvals using BPMExperience in design and development of UI using VBCS and APEXExperience in building interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud. Familiarity with API building/testing tools such as postman, swagger etc.Experience with FBDI and ADFDI for bulk data loads and maintenance in Oracle Fusion FinancialsExperience in HCM Extracts, HDL and Fast formulasExperience developing reports in BI Publisher/OTBIKnowledge in Coupa P2P to Support and integration experience across requisition to pay workflowsExperience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
