Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing experience for a 6+ month contract job opportunity with a direct client located in the Windsor CT area. As a Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing, you should have a strong background in operational turnarounds, lean manufacturing processes and discipline, management consulting, business analysis, and process improvement.

Rate Range: $100-120/hr W2 based on experience level

Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing - job responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during operational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Assist in strategic planning efforts by analyzing market trends and organizational goals.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required skills and experience for the Sr. Operations Consultant with Lean Manufacturing experience includes:

• 8-10 years of experince with strong expertise in change management principles and practices.
• 8-10 years of proven experience in management consulting with a focus on operational excellence.
• Exceptional skills in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Solid project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques, including data collection, research, and interpretation.
• Ability to engage in business consulting discussions that drive strategic planning efforts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
