The firm is seeking an attorney with a strong background in employment litigation, workplace investigations, labor relations, and employer-side counseling .

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Partner-level or senior Of Counsel attorney with deep experience in Labor & Employment defense
• Proven experience handling matters involving:
• Wage & hour disputes and class actions
• PAGA claims
• Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
• Workplace investigations and employment counseling
• Strong litigation background with experience handling depositions, arbitrations, trials, and complex employment disputes
• Experience advising employers on California and federal employment laws , compliance strategies, and risk mitigation
• Established client relationships and ability to continue developing a practice ($500K+ portable book preferred )
• Strong interest in mentoring attorneys and contributing to practice growth
