Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations based on business requirements, including custom fields, records, scripts (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1), workflows (SuiteFlow), and reports (SuiteAnalytics).
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, RestFul APIs, or other integration methods.
• Collaborate with IT to follow a standard Change Management process using NetSuite Sandboxes for testing and deployments.
• Provide technical support for NetSuite users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data backups, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of NetSuite customizations, configurations, and processes.
• Preview NetSuite updates and new features, noting any potential impacts on customizations.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Follow NetSuite architecture and development best practices.
• Ability to learn and code in the rebate management system (SolveXia) is preferred.
