Sr. Project EngineerA growing company in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Project Engineer to work at their Allentown, NJ location.
Salary: $100K. Duties include:Lead technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements, specifications, and performance expectationsTranslate customer needs into detailed engineering documentation, scope definitions, and internal work instructionsCollaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, production planning, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and achievableReview and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standardsEnsure sales orders are accurately entered with complete technical details, configurations, and customer requirementsLead regular update meetings with customers and internal teams, providing clear status reports, action items, and timelinesJob requirements:BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)10+ years of experience in project engineering, applications engineering, or technical project managementStrong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyProficiency with project management tools and methodologiesExperience working with production/manufacturing environments
