Through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, the team ensures that resources are allocated efficiently to drive profitability and growth. Additionally, the team supports decision-making by identifying risks and opportunities, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. By partnering with other departments, Finance helps align financial goals with business strategies, ultimately contributing to the company's stability and long-term success.Your Next Pour: The OpportunityWe are looking to add a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to our Bradenton Finance Manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for supporting period close process, financial analysis and reporting of key metrics, and supporting annual financial planning and forecast.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:Execute weekly and period end SAP financial close process, review results including analysis and comparisons to prior year, period forecast, and plan; explain variancesPrepare journal entries; record period accruals, deferrals, and amortization; ensure adequate supporting documentationPrepare account reconciliations and post close reportsAnalyze and report key metrics vs. plan, including volume, cost, cost per unit, overtime, material usage, and productivity statusAssist in the annual financial plan and period forecastComply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements, execute SOX control testing and ensure timely quarterly submissions. Assess and strengthen plant controls; support the location control assessments; ensure deficiencies are remediated.
