Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoInterpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturing practicesSupport daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPsDisposition non-conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as requiredGenerate Change Requests (CRs) on technical issues relating to the production manufacturing processDrive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect), using CORE tools and data driven decision makingProvide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in-house as well as the supply baseTool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.3+ years of previous Manufacturing experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
