Sr. Manager, VIP

Summary

Senior Manager, VIP will lead the US VIP strategy to increase brand visibility through gifting, dressing, talent partnerships and targeted activations. The role oversees sample movement, budget management and activation planning for awards season, film festivals, fashion shows and product launches. This position manages the VIP Coordinator and freelancer and collaborates closely with stylists, press teams and HQ to execute timely dressing and gifting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop US VIP strategies and accompanying budget proposals for pop-ups, store openings, product placements and activations.
• Lead communications with stylists and agents for talent approvals, dressing proposals and fitting logistics.
• Oversee sample movement and inventory coordination with NYC showroom and Paris HQ.
• Research rising talent and build talent proposals for gifting and paid collaborations.
• Manage monthly budget review, billing accuracy and implement cost‑saving measures as needed.
• Organize travel, fittings and logistics for VIPs during fashion shows and events; coordinate with press and PR for editorial coverage.
• Supervise VIP Coordinator and freelancer, supporting workflow and daily activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience, preferably with luxury brands.
• Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
