About The Role

The Sr. Manager, Strategy – Oncology & Multispecialty is an analytical individual contributor role within the strategy team. The role supports the development of frameworks, models, and research that enable the evaluation and execution of key strategic initiatives across provider‑facing and biopharma‑facing segments. The senior manager independently develops analytical models, conducts required analysis and research, and delivers clear insights that help leadership make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Analysis & Insight: Own end‑to‑end analytical workstreams within larger strategic initiatives. Build rigorous fact bases covering market structure, competitor strategies, practice and provider segmentation, commercialization opportunities, and biopharma demand. Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear, well‑structured storylines and consistently deliver the “so what.”Specialty Value Chain & Financial Analysis: Build and maintain financial models that translate market shifts into quantified P&L implications. Develop knowledge of specialty care value chain participants and track regulatory and policy developments. Support scenario and sensitivity analysis and pressure‑test key assumptions.Problem Solving & Collaboration: Lead portions of problem‑solving sessions, challenge assumptions constructively, and manage your own time and work plan effectively.Communication & Stakeholder Support: Prepare concise documents and executive materials, present findings to initiative teams and senior business audiences, and build collaborative relationships with cross‑functional partners.Team & Function Contribution: Coach analysts, support strategy function‑building efforts, and contribute to recruiting, knowledge capture, and analytical tooling.

Basic Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or comparable analytically intensive roles.• Exposure to healthcare services, specialty care, life sciences, or health data businesses strongly preferred.• Advanced financial modeling capability and proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems and producing executive‑ready deliverables.• Experience working effectively in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple deliverables under time pressure.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Structured problem‑solving with limited guidance.• Financial modeling and P&L literacy aimed at strategic decision making.• Synthesis and storytelling with near‑executive quality.• Genuine curiosity about specialty care economics and biopharma services.• Collaborative teammate who can coach juniors and build trust with partners.• Clear, concise communication and confident presentation skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.• Candidates within 50 miles of Irving, TX will be required to be onsite two days per week.
