Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Sr. Manager, Statutory Investment Accounting will oversee accounting, reporting, and control activities for the derivative investment portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial accuracy while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities Manages the execution of monthly statutory close activities for derivative investments, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting Oversees statutory hedge accounting activities and prepares statutory reporting schedules in accordance with regulatory requirements Leads process improvements and project activities, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality within the investment accounting function Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in derivative accounting or related finance activities Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Proven ability to drive innovation and adapt to change Strong analytical skills relevant to accounting practices Experience in managing and developing a team of accounting professionals
