US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Night Warehouse to lead nightly warehouse operations in our wholesale foodservice distribution center. In this role, you will oversee a large team of selectors, loaders, and leads to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time order fulfillment for our restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality customers.
You will manage productivity, labor planning, and workflow, drive strict adherence to food safety and OSHA standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner closely with transportation, safety, and inventory teams, coach and develop supervisors, and foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture on the night shift.
