Sr. Manager, International Payroll

This fully remote role demands a strategic and experienced professional to drive global payroll initiatives during the company's rapid expansion. You will oversee payroll processing across more than 15 countries in EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless integration with HR, Legal, and Tax teams. As a key contributor, you will optimize payroll systems-primarily Workday, support international new-country setups, and manage complex payroll projects that have a direct impact on the company's global growth.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in global payroll processing, especially across EMEA and APAC regions
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing Workday Payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and outsourcing partners

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of international tax compliance and legal considerations
• Experience with payroll in non-profit sectors
• Familiarity with payroll of equity transactions (RSUs, ESPP, stock options)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in payroll management, with experience supporting international payroll expansion projects
• Prior involvement in fast-growth, technology-driven organizations
