Looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to oversee all plant engineering and maintenance operations. This is a key role supporting reliability, capital projects, and technical leadership across a high-volume dairy manufacturing site.
What You'll Lead
- Engineering & Maintenance Team (19 total).
- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Programs.
- Allen Bradley PLC Programming & Troubleshooting.
- Major Capital Projects (~$2M annually).
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of engineering/maintenance experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred).
- Strong PLC programming background (Allen Bradley).
- Leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Experience leading CAPEX projects and vendor management.
- Experience with Ammonia systems.
