Join our extraordinary team today!The Senior Manager, Application Systems is responsible for leading engineering teams delivering application systems within Crop Care platforms. This role is accountable for technical strategy, execution, and performance across application-related subsystems and systems ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, quality standards, and business objectives.The position provides leadership across multiple teams and disciplines, with responsibility for a broad technical portfolio and cross-functional delivery.Your Workplace This role follows AGCO’s onsite work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.This role is onsite in our Jackson, MN location.Your ImpactTechnical & Business LeadershipDefine and execute the engineering strategy for application systems, including liquid, dry, and chassis systems, aligned with Crop Care product roadmaps and business priorities.Lead development of system architectures, technology selection, and platform scalability.Ensure delivery of reliable, high-quality application systems meeting performance, reliability, cost, and regulatory requirements.Drive innovation within application systems, including integration of new technologies and product enhancements.Program & Execution OwnershipOversee large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with significant technical complexity and budget responsibility.
