- 10-20 years exp in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, M&P
- Degree (e.g., Chem, Metals, Materials Sci, Chem Eng)
- Space experience very strongly desired

- Will develop materials along with fab processes
- Will optimize materials for use in engineering apps
- Will analyze material properties
- Will analyze processes and quality specs.
- Will perform failure analysis
- Will make life predictions
