About the Role
This fully remote role is strictly focused on Worker's comp, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury legal recruiting. This is not an entry-level or generalist recruiting position.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage searches from client intake through offer acceptance and placement.
- Client Development: Build and expand relationships with law firms and in-house legal departments.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place attorneys across various seniority levels, including associates and senior attorneys.
- Search Execution: Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, interviews, and market assessments.
- Deal Management: Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes to close searches efficiently.
- Pipeline Growth: Maintain a consistent book of active searches and repeat clients.
- Practice Focus: Execute searches exclusively within the Personal Injury practice area.
Qualifications
- Proven Performance: Demonstrated $500,000+ in cumulative billings over multiple years.
- Experience: 5+ years of Personal Injury legal recruiting experience (required). Experience recruiting for Personal Injury plaintiff-side firms preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of law firm and/or in-house legal hiring markets.
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, candidate assessment, and negotiation abilities.
- Work Style: Self-directed, organized, and results-driven in a remote environment.
- This role is not suitable for entry-level recruiters or generalist legal recruiters
