Job Description:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and efficient software solutions in the OSS domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the development team in implementing solutions using Java Spring Boot.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards and documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the OSS and telecom sectors.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the OSS domain.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot framework.
- In depth knowledge of telecom business processes and operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing large scale software solutions.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
