Sr Integrated Device Engineer

Job Description

This Sr Integrated engineer is responsible for supporting, deploying, and managing enterprise devices and applications across the organization. It is role that requires both a desktop engineering and systems engineering background. The engineer will troubleshoot complex desktop, software, server, and device-related issues, while partnering directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, lead projects, and deliver technical solutions. Responsibilities include device lifecycle management, application packaging and deployment, systems integration, endpoint security, and operational support within a Microsoft environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, endpoint management tools, and software deployment, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience as a desktop and systems engineer

Tools: Intune, Windows, PowerShell, Packaging, Microsoft

Data flow diagrams and how pieces are being connected across environments

Documentation creation, project leading experience (No BA's on team) Servicenow exp- implementation of clinical device module in service now and they are managing the project it in Q4
