Senior Manager of U.S. Indirect TaxBroadcom is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of U.S. Indirect Tax.

You will serve as an expert for software taxation and purchase exemptions while driving automation across our tax workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide indirect tax guidance for new products and Business Units, focusing on software sales and purchase exemptions including data center and California partial manufacturing and R&D exemptionOversee co-sourced U.S. sales, use, and property tax compliance; manage external providers and lead tax controversy, audits, and refund claimsIdentify and implement automation improvements within tax workflows and the OneSource/Sabrix tax engineAct as one of the tax lead for M&A integrations and cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, and ProcurementTrack legislative changes and proactively communicate impact and solutions to leadershipQualificationsBachelors and 15+ years or Masters and 13+ years of experience in public accounting and the technology industryHands-on experience with Oracle ERP and OneSource/Sabrix is requiredExpertise in U.S. sales and use tax, specifically relating to software, sourcing, and manufacturingAdvanced Excel proficiency for data modeling and forecastingStrong project management skills with the ability to lead complexCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is To.
