Sr. HR Manager

Sr. HR ManagerWe are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented Sr. HR Manager to support our employee population across the Americas and Europe and help strengthen our regional HR presence.

If you are passionate about people, enjoy working closely with business teams, and want to make an impact in a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you!Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the Americas and EuropeSupport employee engagement, workplace culture, and regional HR initiativesPartner with business leaders on team-related topics and day-to-day people mattersHelp identify employee trends, concerns, and opportunities, and provide practical HR supportPartner with internal stakeholders and global HR colleagues to ensure effective HR support across the regionContribute to selected talent and organizational initiatives as neededSupport special projects and other HR programs assigned by HR leadershipRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsGood judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving abilityComfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean teamAble to work effectively with employees and managers across different backgrounds and culturesExperience in a multicultural or global company is a plusExperience supporting sales, service, or client-facing teams is a plusWhat We're Looking For:A strong communicator with a warm, approachable, and professional styleSomeone who can build trust naturally and represent HR well across a diverse employee populationA practical, adaptable team player who is comfortable balancing day-to-day support with broader people initiatives
