HR Additions is partnering with a growing client in the Anderson, Texas area seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist . This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and leadership across multiple facets of Human Resources.
Location: Anderson, Texas (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support HR strategies and business objectives
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives
- Lead workplace investigations and issue resolution
- Analyze HR data and recommend solutions to improve retention and engagement
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors
- Support training, payroll time reporting, and HR administrative functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and performance management
- Experience with HRIS and HR/payroll systems
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
