Sr HR Generalist

We’re a growing dental group with practices across several Southeastern states, and we need a senior HR generalist to run day-to-day HR across all of them.

In your first year, you'll:

• Become the trusted HR partner for practice leaders across multiple states
• Own employee relations, investigations, and corrective action from start to finish
• Keep us compliant with federal and multi-state employment laws
• Manage benefits, leaves, and workers' comp so our practices can focus on patients
• Find the gaps in our HR processes and fix them

You bring:

• 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience is required
• A track record supporting a decentralized, multi-site organization
• Multi-state compliance knowledge
• Healthcare or multi-unit experience is preferred

Details:

Hybrid, primarily on-site at our Charlotte-area home office, with occasional travel. Competitive salary, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.
