Advanced Level Business AnalystOur information security team focuses on implementing key capabilities to advance and mature information security practices across the client. We are looking for an advanced level business analyst with strong agile skills and the desire to join a dynamic team. With your blend of business analysis skills, and technical capabilities, you will successfully partner with business partners and technology teams to support implementation of our information security capabilities.In this role, you will:Collaborate with business partners, project team members, other IT colleagues, and external vendors to ensure clarity of the business problem, outcome, and scope.Develop, document, and maintain the definition of done by preparing a wholistic view of the solution from first iteration to final release.Develop, document, and maintain the product backlog, by developing detailed user stories.Assist in both Sprint Planning and Execution by helping to translate and prioritize user stories into functional and technical requirements.Ensure the application of business analysis best practices including completion of all the necessary documentation.Lead discussions and help identify business and document business process change (new, revised, or eliminated) as required within the sprint executionWork closely with business partners, technical team, and stakeholders to ensure requirements meet the needs of the business and everyone is aligned and working toward the same goal.Develop a QA strategy and lead the testing of sprints.
