SR. GIS Database Administrator

Job Description:

Job Summary:

• Postgres
• SQL server programming as well as DBA role
• Azure DevOps
• ArcGIS
• Python

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs.

Required Technical Skills: ArcGIS Server for .NET Framework

Nice to have Technical Skills: PostgreSQL DB Administration, Python, ArcGIS, Azure DevOps, PostgreSql Administration

Technology: Geospatial Information Systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create database entities (tables, views stored procedures etc.) as per functional and technical requirements
• Monitor database performance and collaborate with DevOps for efficiency
• Setup and configure databases in new environments
• Collaborate with product engineering and architecture group to normalize the database
• Create and maintain key artifacts like data model, ERD, data dictionary etc.
• Evaluate database schema performance
• Proficiency in design and development of ArcGIS Geodatabase, experience in ArcGIS Server, ArcPro
