Job Title: SrFunctional Analyst Oracle Fusion - H2R

Location: Irvine,CA (Onsite)

Duration:6 Months Contract to hire

Purposeof the job

The Senior Functional Analyst – Oracle H2R will lead the end-to-end implementationand ongoing management of Client’ Oracle Fusion Hire to Retire (H2R) initiatives with cross functional interactions across tracks like O2C, S2P,R2R. This role will be responsible for the entire delivery of systemssolutions: Requirements, Fit-Gap assessment, Solution Designs, Configurations,Business process flow setups, Implementation, Cutover, Validation, andOperational maintenance of H2R track modules and custom extensions, ensuring they are tightly aligned with both the Oracle Fusion platform and Client’business processes.

The role will be a SME for the H2R track collaborating closely with businessstakeholders and cross functional teams, translating business needs intorobust, efficient system solutions. In addition, the role will be the keycoordinator working closely with various development tracks and SI partners indelivering a stable, scalable, user-friendly Oracle solution ensuring the HCMplatform consistently delivers measurable value to the organization. Theposition will also be responsible in leading the product roadmap aligned withClient’ vision, industry best practices, and emerging technology advancementsdriving the success of Client’ Oracle Fusion initiatives.

Majorduties and responsibilities:

FunctionalExpertise - Oracle Fusion (Primary - H2R)

Endto end solutions/system designs across H2R Track and related customextension/apps.

DefineBusiness process cycles and related cross module/external interfaces &integrations.

Buildsystem solutions using CEMLI (configurations, extensions, modifications,localizations & integrations)

BusinessEngagement & Partnership.

Partnerwith business stakeholders, understand the various systems and businessprocesses, establish a continuous cadence.

LeadingWorkshops and Interviews: Facilitating interactive sessions, interviews, andsurveys with diverse stakeholders.

Closecoordination with Business and other functional stakeholder - Planning,executing UATs, System validation, Production deployments.

Identifyinginefficiencies, and recommending improvements using standard Oraclefunctionality whenever possible, and creating functional solutions.

Operationalgovernance for listing, reporting, managing and delivering businessenhancements/wish list/backlog.

Documentation,Compliance & Data Governance

Developand maintain system solutions, designs, visio/lucid flows for processes,configuration documents (ex: BR100, MD50, TE40), and training materials.

Documentingand analyzing \"as-is\" and \"to-be\" business process flows.

FollowingSDLC / Agile methodologies, and creating/tracking respective user stories frominitiation through closure (including test scenario's).

Enforcedata governance policies and ensure compliance with security, privacy, andregulatory requirements.

PlatformOperations & Optimization

Monitorand resolve incidents timely.

Overseeplatform administration, optimization, stability, and operational maintenance.

Managelicenses, monitor system health, process standardization, and ensurescalability of the platform.

Continuouslyenhance platform performance and user experience through proactiveimprovements.

Assessplatform quarterly/periodic releases and ensure timely upgrades (includingintermediate patch sets).

Education and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field(required).

ImplementationExperience:

Experiencewith Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at leasttwo full-cycle implementations (preferred), and at least one covering (H2R)process area (required).

ERP/ Functional Experience:

5+ years of experience with Oracle ERPapplications/implementation, with strong understanding of platformfunctionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles. (required)

FusionFunctional Experience:

3+ years of experience specifically with the OracleFusion platform, including functional and technical capabilities.(preferred -if no fusion experience, EBS R12 is required)

Certifications:

OracleCloud Infrastructure Foundations (preferred)

Knowledgeand Skill Level

OracleFusion/EBS HCM Expertise

Advanced,hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, designs, and operationalmaintenance.

Advanced,hands-on experience in techno functional configurations of the platform - likeand not limited to as listed below.

Configurations,value sets, flex fields, attributes, profiles, process builders, workflowrules, document types, legal entities, business units, workforce structures,plan configurations, compensation structures, security groups, integrations,setups, and other oracle system administration responsibilities.

Deepfunctional knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process oracle setups andassociated modules and be able configure them ground up, including and notlimited to:

TechnicalSkills

Indepth knowledge of data models for H2R process cycles, reporting, andanalytics, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI.

Goodunderstanding of data mapping & transformation related to data conversionsand migrations from legacy Oracle and non-Oracle systems into Fusion Cloud.

ImplementationMethodologies, Documentation & Delivery

Proficiencyin creating various application/SDLC related documentation/artifacts (listedbelow are a few & not limited to) :

Requirement& Design documents, System reference manuals, Agile user stories,Confluence documents, Usecase scenarios, System validation scripts, Processflows, Business cycle visualization, UI/UX documentation, Configuration andSetups master etc.,

GoodKnowledge in methodologies like OUM, AIM, and SDLC practices, with theflexibility to adapt hybrid delivery models.

Demonstratedsuccess delivering full lifecycle Fusion projects from requirements gatheringthrough deployment and post-go-live optimization.

Handson deep experience working with Agile, SAFe, or modern delivery frameworks,including use of project management tools like Jira.

Abilityto stay ahead of Oracle Fusion platform innovations, assessing and piloting newfeatures and recommending adoption to meet evolving business needs.

Familiaritywith localizations to address region-specific requirements and compliance.

Strongcross-functional collaboration with consultants, SI partners, and businessstakeholders.

Strongcommunication skills, capable of engaging with business leads, and technicalteams to align solutions with business objectives.

Provenability to influence and drive consensus towards successful solution delivery.
