Candidate should join customer Denver office from day one, full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java. Experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, including managing distributed teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java.
• Deep expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams.
• Extensive experience with Kafka, including Kafka Connect.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Or Amazon DocumentDB and caching solutions like Redis.
• Strong understanding and experience with message brokers like Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Harness and monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
