Job Title: Senior Full Stack C#.NET Developer

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Role Overview:
Join our client's product engineering team as a senior developer. Lead new initiatives, solve complex technical problems, and help turn product requirements into scalable solutions. Collaborate with product managers and senior developers to build the next generation of a key application platform. Be involved in projects like identity verification, fraud monitoring, AI-driven features, learning tools, and specific product enhancements, with significant autonomy and influence over product design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in implementing software products, including managing project schedules and milestones.
• Translate business requirements into software components and applications, adhering to standards and design principles.
• Implement features and fixes across web, API, and database layers.
• Write and maintain automated tests, ensuring successful pull requests and build validation.
• Participate in code reviews as an author, respond to feedback, and follow coding standards.
• Follow established build and release processes, including branch workflows in Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 6 years of professional experience coding in C# within a .NET environment (including .NET 8, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, and legacy .NET Framework).
• 6 years of experience with MS SQL Server or equivalent, with strong skills in stored procedures and functions.
• Experience with web technologies: ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JSON.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with React or another component-based JavaScript framework, with the ability to ramp on React.
• Experience developing cross-browser code and responsive CSS.
• Working knowledge of ORM such as Entity Framework Core, with stored-procedure based data access.
