We're looking for someone who has experience creating AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows to reduce costs, minimize risk, and improve the user experience.
What You'll Do
- Own 01 product and integration initiatives from discovery through deployment.
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into product solutions.
- Design end-to-end experiences across front-end interactions, back-end triggers, APIs, integrations, and service workflows .
- Build journey maps and service blueprints for complex customer processes.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to improve integrations, adoption, and product stickiness.
- Help deploy AI agents that automate document-heavy workflows , reduce costs and risk, and improve the user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Product Management experience with proven 01 product or integration launches .
- Excellent systems thinking across complex end-to-end workflows.
- Hands-on experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting .
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product workflows .
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM or AI-agent products .
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a highly hands-on, forward-deployed environment.
