Senior Fixed Equipment Reliability EngineerAs a Senior Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineer, you'll lead efforts to ensure the reliability and integrity of fixed equipment, focusing on proactive identification and mitigation of risks, developing and implementing reliability strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.The Sr. Reliability Engineer drives mechanical asset availability for their assigned production unit and forecasts capital and maintenance needs to reduce risks to production OEE and maintenance budget. The primary role of the Sr. Reliability Engineer is to ensure the availability and ability of mechanical assets to meet the unit's production goals. Additionally, the Sr. Reliability Engineer supports both Capital and Expense projects to ensure design is both reliable and maintainable.
