Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical AccountingJoin a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of SEC reporting, technical accounting, and strategic business initiatives. Based out of the corporate office in Aliso Viejo, CA, this hybrid opportunity offers broad exposure across Finance and executive leadership while helping shape scalable reporting processes.Financial ReportingLead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, earnings disclosures, MD&A, and financial statement footnotesEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal accounting policiesPartner cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Tax to support accurate and consistent external reportingSupport quarterly earnings processes, audit deliverables, and equity administration activitiesTechnical AccountingServe as the technical accounting subject matter expert across complex accounting areas including ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842, ASC 805, debt, equity, and other non-routine transactionsResearch, interpret, and document accounting guidance and technical accounting conclusionsPrepare and maintain technical accounting memos, policies, and proceduresEvaluate and implement new accounting standards and assess impact to financial statements and disclosuresAudit, SOX & ControlsAct as a primary liaison with external auditors on financial reporting and technical accounting mattersSupport SOX 404 compliance activities, including internal controls documentation and reporting-related evaluationsEnsure alignment between technical accounting positions, internal reporting, and external disclosuresLeadership & CollaborationProvide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to accounting team membersPartner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives including M&A transactions and post-acquisition integrationDrive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and complianceQualifications8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting and public-company experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA requiredStrong technical accounting expertise with U.S.

GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsProven experience preparing SEC filings and partnering with external auditorsExperience supporting M&A transactions, complex equity arrangements, and regulated industries preferredPrior leadership or people management experience preferredAdvanced knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls preferredAbout UsGenerous.
