Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute assigned financial planning and analysis tasks that support routine activities and project goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support revenue growth strategy, cost structure management, and capital expenditure planning.
- Partner with supervisory personnel to establish methods and techniques, contributing to the achievement of project goals.
- Recommend alternatives, identify new techniques, and collaborate with senior team members to problem-solve effectively.
- Participate in group meetings; present results, interpret data, and draw conclusions to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including Board-level reporting.
- Track and monitor key operating metrics to drive greater efficiency across the business.
- Create ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives, strategy, and ROI optimization.
- Leverage AI functionality to automate data entry and reduce manual tasks.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff when needed.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving.
- Proven ability to network and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Technical background to build and maintain financial reporting models and calculations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering results in team settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day instruction while delivering high-quality results.
