Senior Financial Analyst, FP&AThe Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, supports the Information Technology (IT) Business Unit by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to help guide decision-making and manage performance.This role collaborates with IT leaders and our partners across Finance, HR, and Recruiting to support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing expense management, ensuring alignment with business priorities. The analyst will develop a strong understanding of IT cost drivers, project investments, and operational spending, and will monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.This position also contributes to improving financial processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and increasing transparency across the IT organization.
