Sr. Financial Analyst

We’re hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will partner closely with finance, operations, sales, and executive leadership to turn business performance into actionable insights.

This position also offers the opportunity to help advance data analytics and AI capabilities by improving reporting, automating analysis, building business intelligence tools, and identifying practical ways to enhance decision-making through emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Preparing financial analysis, variance reporting, and management presentations
• Building driver-based models for revenue, margin, expenses, and cash flow
• Analyzing business performance to improve profitability and efficiency
• Developing dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into key metrics
• Automating recurring reports and reducing manual processes
• Supporting data, analytics, and AI initiatives xhqgsiq across FP&A and business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of FP&A experience
• 2+ years of manufacturing industry experience
• Strong quantitative financial skills
