Sr. Finance Project/Program Manager100% Remote (EST Hours)12+ Months Rolling ContractOverview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager with a strong background in corporate finance processes and treasury operations. This role will lead multiple finance-related initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful delivery of system enhancements and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of finance and treasury projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across finance, IT, and business teams; secure buy-in and facilitate decision-making.Multi-Project Management: Manage 3–5 concurrent projects, balancing priorities and maintaining timelines.Treasury Expertise: Apply strong understanding of treasury operations and processes to guide project decisions and integrations.Corporate Finance Focus: Oversee initiatives involving ledgers, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and related financial systems.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance and governance standards.Systems Understanding: Possess solid knowledge of financial systems functionality and integration within broader business processes.Qualifications:Experience: 10+ years in project/program management within corporate finance (not banking).Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial systems and treasury operations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Familiarity with financial systems integration and reporting tools.
