Sr. (Federal) Tax Attorney

What You Will Do

• Provide tax support for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other complex transactions
• Counsel clients on entity formation, pass-through taxation, and multistate tax issues
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated, sophisticated legal solutions

• A JD is required
• LLM in Taxation is preferred
• Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia or Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal.
